I pulled my latest paintings from sale in order to revamp them with color and more detail. They are still on display in my website gallery, but have already undergone changes. Will post pics of new versions when they are done. I will probably replace the current prints, or maybe just add the new versions as more prints. Probably have some more digital versions as well.
In related news, I have begun a series of illustrations in india ink on bristol board. Will create a new gallery and post those for sale and as prints later down the road as I build up an inventory.

Well, it's been two weeks since we moved back to Austin, and already I am feeling as if I never really lived anywhere else.
Our new apt complex Metropolis is pretty great, aside from some drunken disturbances and a car getting broken into. I especially like the free wifi at the clubhouse, the pool and hot tub, and the sunday brunch, where they served us a nice breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, and french toast, along with juice and milk and cereal. They also had some bands here for a pool party on Sat night, including a fun punk band Under the Gun, and that was pretty fun, and there was food there too. They are going to be playing here again on July 8th. The outdoor and indoor decor at our new complex is bright modern art, with concrete floors. Sunken retro cars and vivid paint jobs make this complex an Austin landmark.
We went on a visit to the Austin Art Garage, and I am considering submitting some work there for consideration at the end of the year.
In the meantime, I have finished unpacking and organizing my studio and have already begun a new painting. Now off to paint!
